The exact puzzle
You need to carry exactly 45 litres of lemonade to a party. Bottles come in sizes 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 litres, and you can use as many of each size as you like. Every bottle you take must be full to the top, and you want to use the fewest bottles you can. Which set of bottles should you take?
